Corruption and Related Infractions Risk Management Plan

Corruption and related infractions, in particular those resulting from conflicts of interest constitute potential risks in numerous professions and activities, especially business.

Aware of these risks, the Ramos Ferreira Group has defined a Risk Management Plan for Corruption and Related Infractions with the aim of being a tool that allows it to respond to the challenges arising from the activity carried out by the Group, developing its skills in an ethical and cool.

The presented Plan intends to be a tool that allows to respond to the challenges arising from the activity carried out by the Group, developing its competences in an ethical and legal manner, therefore, in the construction of this Document, representatives considered essential for its execution and those capable of identifying situations of greater risk of corruption were involved, as well as such as situations likely to generate conflicts of interest and incompatibilities or essential in the design of measures to be implemented to prevent their occurrence.
